Seafood Linguine with Pesto

Seafood Linguine with Pesto

250g Linguine
150g  Shelled shrimp
100g Smoked clam
1 tbsp Mashed garlic
4 tbsp Pesto
half Chopped onion
some Salt
some Black pepper
some Oil


1. Drain the smoked clam well. set aside
2. Boil water in pot, add in the linguine and cook for 7-8 minutes
3. Drain the linguine and set aside
4. Heat oil in a pan
5. Saute the chopped onion and mashed garlic until fragrant
6. Stir- fry the shelled shrimp
7. Season with salt and black pepper, turn off the heat
8. Mix the linguine with the pesto in a plate
9. Add the shelled shrimp and smoked clam
10. Season with salt, then serve
