Clams Cooked in Beer

Clams Cooked in Beer

450g Live clams
1/2 can Beer
3 cloves Garlic
2 tbsp Olive oil
to taste Black pepper
1 Red chilli


1. Rinse and cleanse the clams
2. Mince the garlic
3. Slice the red chilli
4. heat 2 tbsp olive oil
5. Add the clams
6. Add the garlic
7. Toss in the red chilli
8. Pour in the beer and cover with the lid
9. Simmer for 5 to 7 minutes until all clams are opened
10. Season with black pepper
