Salmon Slices with Lemon grass and Lemon juice

Salmon Slices with Lemon grass and Lemon juice
Ingredients:

100g Salmon sashimi
2 tbsp Olive oil
1/2 piece Lemon juice
1 stalk Lemon grass
some Spring onion
some Ground black pepper
some Salt
some Sugar

Procedure:

1. Pat dry the salmon sashimi
2. Thinly slice the salmon sashimi
3. Place the sliced salmon sashimi on a plate . Set aside
4. Chop the lemon grass
5. Mix the olive oil and lemon juice in bowl
6. Add the chopped lemon grass in bowl
7. Add salt , sugar and ground black pepper
8. Mix all the ingredients in bowl as sauce
9. Pour the sauce over the sliced salmon sashimi
10. Sprinkle with chopped spring onion. then serve
