Baked Sago Custard Pudding

Baked Sago Custard Pudding
Ingredients:

100g Sago
100g Sugar
25g Butter
25g Cornflour
25g Custard powder
2 1/2 cup Water
1/4 Milk




Procedure:

1. Bring water to boil, and the sago and cook for 10 minutes, turn off the heat and cover for 20 minutes
2. Stir in sugar and butter until melted
3. Mix the custard powder and cornflour into the milk, then beat in the eggs
4. Pour the custard mixture into the sago
5. Pour into a greased bake dish
6. Bake the pudding over a water bath at 190 degree oven for 30-35 mins until golden brown
    serve hot  or cold
